I specialize in addressing muscle imbalances using Acupuncture and Massage to effectively restore balance. I focus on treatments that improve blood circulation, which I believe enhances immunity and reduces inflammatory responses in the body. My approach includes Lymphatic drainage, Cerebrospinal Fluid Balance, Trigger Point Massage, and Acupuncture.

In Korea, I worked as a physiotherapist with a professional basketball team, and the national handball team. I also worked in a specialized sports rehabilitation clinic, dealing extensively with athletes and sports injuries.

Since moving to Canada, I have accumulated over 10 years of experience as a massage therapist and have also obtained a license in Traditional Chinese Medicine to practice as a professional acupuncturist.

I live by the philosophy of always being helpful and doing my best for everyone I with. I strive to help those connected to me and do my best to support them in every way possible.
